We called several companies to remove our hot tub, all of them gave over the phone quotes. These people would not provide a quote without first seeing the work. They arrived punctually, something very important to us, and provided us a quote right away. Their rate were less than the people that quoted use sight unseen. This was a big job, as it was essentially the entire roof from a 1200 ft^2 house (shingles, plywood, etc., etc.). The material was incredibly heavy (I know, because I removed it from my roof myself), which made their work all the more impressive.
